Vinyl Coated Chain Link

As vinyl coated chain link fence material grows in popularity both in the residential market but also on the commercial side of your business, it is important to have a source that can meet all the demands of the residential market, ASTM F 668 and the growing market demand for the color coated products. Standard color items lead the market and our stock but we can source custom color material as needed. Common colors include black, green, brown and white. Extruded and Extruded Bonded

The largest volume of our stock and we are sure it is for you too is the residential extruded products in 9g finish and 8g finish for your basic everyday residential jobs. This material is by far the most rapid growing product line in the fence industry for residential use. Set the standard and stick with 2” mesh, this product will give the finished fence the most integrity and will give your clients the best finished product life. Common heights include 4’, 5’ and 6’ but this can be made to fit any need. As you approach athletic facilities, commercial and industrial projects we find 8g finish and 6g finish common place with heights varying from 4’ to 20’ and mesh sizes commonly 1.75” and 2”. MaxFuse2b-Fused Bonded

Growing in the commercial, industrial and security marketplace is the use of F 668 2b Fusion Bonded chain link material, commonly called Fused Bonded. With 11 g, 9g and 6g CORE wires available this material finishes out at 10g, 8g and 5g. Slatted Chain Link

3×5 Pre-slatted chain link mesh continues to grow in popularity from our contractor base especially as labor is hard to come by, not to mention good hard-working labor. This product is woven in 3”x5” mesh then pre-slatted on the machine with PVC slats in number of color choices on galvanized or even color on color options. This material is popular where prevailing wage or union labor is involved and high costs of labor can overcome the budget of a project. Common applications include Police and Fire storage areas, salvage yards, marijuana growing facilities, FBI and Secret Service installations, solar fields and oil and gas fields. Anywhere privacy is directly a concern. Heights on this material included materials from 4’ tall to 12’ tall. Wind load calculators should be used when specifying this product line. Common colors are white, black, tan, green and gray with other color options available on a special order and limited basis. EagleMax-98% coverage/blockage

Made with galvanized wire in a 3”x5” weave then pre-inserted with a winged type slat from maximum blockage at 98%. Material can be ordered stapled and is made in Knuckle-Knuckle selvage in the common colors.

EagleSlat-80% coverage/blockage

Made with galvanized wire in a 3”x5” weave then pre-inserted with an industrial type slat from maximum blockage at 80%. Material is stapled to hold the slat in place and is made in Knuckle-Knuckle selvage in the common colors.
